1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, the free ebook it offers and the emails we send you (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by VM Digital Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We provide trading education. The free ebook is general educational content. We are not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, asset manager, prop firm, signals service or copy-trading platform. We do not execute trades, hold or handle customer funds, manage accounts, or give personalised investment recommendations. Any paid product we mention has its own terms, shown where you buy it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The ebook, frameworks, names and other materials in the Service belong to VM Digital Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read them for your own study. You may not copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell or create derivative works from them without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting someone else's details, scraping or bulk-downloading content, or using the Service for anything unlawful.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, prop firm fees or lost profits, arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or the Service, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
